first time user, I owe the irs enter amount that I could pay and how much I can pay monthly, my return was submitted and accepted - is there anything else I need to do?

Make your first payment today if you did not already provide a payment medium (credit card, bank account numbers, etc.).

Make your monthly payments timely. The IRS will get back to you by letter, confirming your payment arrangement, but until you get that letter, behave according to the agreement you have proposed.
