If you did not receive a 1099 for this income, I would advise you to use your best judgment on whether or not to pay the upgrade fee to report this income.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did receive a 1099, this income will be on your IRS transcript.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
