I just did my returns and I was charge $169 for doing self employed tax returns but I didn’t do self employed! I couldn’t take that charge off! Can u tell me why it charged me?

Once you attempt to enter details that are not supported by the current version of the Turbo Tax product being used, the system will prompt an upgrade to the most suitable version to handle your tax situation. Please take a look at the version comparisons below:

I did check and there’s no reason to charge that fee! I filed anyway cause I didn’t want to wait any longer! My daughter filled her taxes and had similar reporting s and she was only charged $59 total! If the charge can’t be removed then I’ll just find another way to file next time! Thanks
