How do I show both actions in Turbotax or do I only show home sale?

You would only report the home sale. If you itemize, you can enter both 1098-INT forms, but you aren't required to report a refinancing.

To find the section to report the Sale of Home, you can use the Search Box to search for Sale of Home and click Jump to.

If you don't see the Jump to link:

Select Federal on the left side menu.
Select Income and Expenses toward upper left.
Expand/ scroll down the list and find the section called, Less Common Income.
Expand the section and find Sale of Home.
Click Start to the right.
