Paying less than what I owe

I am on the screen that says Schedule your payment where I enter my bank info. Problem is I want to pay less than what I owe but it doesn't show where to enter the amount. I am worried it will debit the entire amount when I hit continue. I know I should pay the full amount but I have been told you can pay 90% of what you owe and not have the penalties. Where do I enter an amount
