2021 Import from Brokerage problem

My Turbo Tax 2021Home and Business online will not accept any brokerage name from list provided, nor will it accept any name I type in. Is this a temporary problem? When will it be fixed?

You wrote "Home and Business online". Home & Business is a desktop (installed on a computer) product.

Which program are you actually using?

I have a test return in Home & Business and cannot reproduce the issue you posted.

I have solved the problem!

My failed attempts were by single click. Just now, I double clicked the brokerage name and it gave me a message. The message said E*TRADE would not have imports available until 02/07/2022.

I also double clicked RBC and got the message RBC would have imports available on 02/11/2011.

Progress!

Now if I can convince Turbo Tax to include: you must double click on the brokerage name.

I installed the Home & Business version in my laptop yesterday by downloading software using Licence Key provided to me by Turbotax product.

I tried E*Trade Import, It is not working .

Even Chase Investment option is not available to import 1099 documents from Chase to turbo tax.

previous years, the import options were working seamlessly. This year, may be Covid is after this product!!!!.

Not sure , whether they fix it or not? if so, when they fix it.
