Importing Prudential 1099-R has "General Error" message pop up.

I am unable to import my 1099-R from Prudential (Life, Annuities, Retirement). The error message is not one bit helpful. How do I fix this?

Have you followed the import instructions here? I see that Prudential LAR Payroll is showing as a listed partner. For a full list of our import partners, please click here. Tip: Be sure to select the right financial institution or brokerage from the list. For example, several participating partners' names start with First National Bank and if you select the wrong First National Bank, you won't be able to import.
