I finished everything, so why do I keep getting sent back to the "Here Are Your Filing Choices" page?

I entered all my info, was told I had to mail my Federal return but could E-file my state return. I answered the registration questions (Driver License info) and then keep getting rerouted to the HERE ARE YOUR FILING CHOICES page.

I click on the CONTINUE button, it makes me go through the Drivers license stuff again, I hit continue and it comes to a page where there is a FILE BY MAIL button - I click on that - and it just starts all over again at the HERE ARE YOUR FILING CHOICES page.

This has happened 10 times now.

Help Please?!?

If the federal tax return is not being e-filed then you cannot e-file the state tax return, it has to be printed and mailed. Change your filing choice for the state tax return.
