How far back does Intuit support/update their programs?

This probably a silly, more of an academic question, but, you know how TurboTax automatically tries to load and install all available updates every time you load the program? How long will it do that? How long will those updates to older versions be available? I mean, I still have CD-ROMs going back to the early 2000s and, while I don't see me ever going back and needing or reinstalling TurboTax Deluxe 2007, I could see finding a mistake and maybe reinstalling an old version to amend a recent previously filed tax year.

So, how far back does Intuit support/update their programs?

TurboTax supports and provides updates for the current year and three previous years. So right now you can get updates for 2018 through 2021.

Perfect! Thank you. If I find something further back than three years, I should've been paying better attention and doing a better job anyway. I just feel better having an idea how long they go back.
