      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2021 1099R has my state tax withholding shown in two separate lines in box 14.&amp;nbsp; The state is the same on each line which makes sense since I lived in the same state the entire year.&amp;nbsp; I tried entering them in TurboTax as two separate lines but after doing that the form is showing as not done.&amp;nbsp; Should I combine them into one entry?&amp;nbsp; Or, do they need to be reported separately?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
