my efile not accepted

i don't know was the problem is my wife died July 2020,

this year 2021 i was widower turbo tax say they questioned my social security number it has not changed since 1955 i look at my form and it is correct you tell me my number belong to a death person my wife is death but not me i paid $40 for turbo tax to correct

i don't know what else to do! please advice

Please go to the Social Security Administration website to check your information. You can create an online account 24 hours a day and call them during business hours if you cannot get the information online.

my income tax not corrected for the pass 2 years 2020and 2021

Did you get a specific error code when your return was Rejected? Please comment in the thread here and someone will assist you.
