topic SSA-1099 in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have downloaded Turbo Tax Deluxe and I have gotten to where I am to input my information from my SSA-1099 but when I click on a box a blue bubble pops up and I can't input any information. The blue bubble when I click it gives me an option to paste something which I don't want, and I can't get past this and can't input any dollar amounts. What do I do to get past this issue?

i have desktop deluxe and I get no blue bubble. have all updates been installed? if yes contact support so they can diagnose the issue

@jhollandsr70 if you are having the same issue then contact TurboTax support just as @Mike9241 has suggested above.
