W2 missing one check

Hello,

I work in the entertainment industry (background actor). I worked on one project and it was just a one day job. (Gross income - $120, After taxes check -$99.38). Also, two days before the work day, I had to get a COVID test which was also paid (was supposed to be $30 Gross but I got a $30 check without any taxes withheld). So, I got my W2 from that company today. It shows $120 in wages and shows tax amounts withheld same as on that work day check. So, the $30 COVID test check is not included in my W2. Should anything be done about that or it would be okay for me to leave anything as it is? Basically my W2 shows $30 less income than I made in 2021 ($120 instead of $150)

Simply, accurately, enter W-2 as issued. There are no special circumstances implicit.

Thank you for your response!

So, do I need to do anything about that $30 that’s not on my W2? Do I need to include it anywhere on Form 1040? Or just include the info from W2? Just making sure not to have any problems and not to get penalized by the IRS for not including the $30
