    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been on the phone w/ a level 1 support person for over an hour and have had to repeatedly explain what I've done and she is unable to help me. Can I get to a level 2 person who is more knowledgeable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to activate TT 2021</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) Received TT Deluxe 2021 in CD form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Installed it on Win 10 machine w/ all latest Win updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Went thru the TT 2021 update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) At activation screen, entered my 16 code - unable to activate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Attempted the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; a) unplugged external USB drive&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; b) turned off VPN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; c) turned off Windows security&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; d) turned off Kaspersky Cloud security&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; e) rebooted router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; f) tried all Intuit FAQ suggestions about IPv4/IPv6, DOS command ipconfig commands, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an online site where I can activate my code? If not, I need help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turned out it was my desktop that is the problem. Even though I have the latest Win 10 updates installed, executed all the ipconfig command lines, adjusted the IPv4/IPv6 settings, disconnected my external USB drive, rebooted router, rebooted desktop, turned off my VPN, turned off my security software, uninstalled/re-installed TT 2021, nothing worked. However, once I installed TT 2021 on my Win 10 latop (of course with all the latest Win 10 updates), de-activated my VPN, deactivated my security software, no external USB drive, it installed/activated without any issues. I just wanted it installed on my desktop (aka server) because that's where I keep all my permanent software installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
