Please confirm the filing section where you are attempting to enter a date. Also, are you entering the date in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY?

In years past, the program would sometimes not accept a date when the IRS is closed. Since today is a Federal holiday, that might be the issue. Try again tomorrow.
