Remove TT Live w/o clearing information

I have already added almost ALL of my info, which is quite intense, and I have not used nor do I want live. I am not sure how it ended up on my account. How can I remove it without having to re-enter all the info? The people on the phone have been unable to help thus far.

Self employment so no free file for me. And TT pulled out of the irs program. .

-Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free. There are 8 free software versions available from the IRS Free File site

You have 3 options ...

1) clear & start over in a lower version

2) switch programs ... try one of the IRS options

3) wait until you can efile the return and hope you get approved for a loan and then make a choice if you don't

I tried a preview of the other free ones. Let’s just say they are free for a reason haha.

im not sure I understand your suggestion #3.
shouldn’t they be able to just take live off without having to clear all my data?

Thanks. Just looked at some. Wow they have **bleep** ui/UX. They basically just posted irs forms. I can see why people use turbo and hr now.
