Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

I got a Email that looks suspicious. It states you need 2018 aging info, yet,I have a EMAIL stating our return has been accepted.which is real??

Can I please get me number for TurboTax to karma credit human speaker to find out why when I was on my taxes it wouldn't give me the option to get a loan I went through all three shootings and I'll let you settle for was 21 days get your paid I just would like to speak to someone to explain why they told me I was a free and now I have to settle for the 21 days pay for my refund
