There is not a specific entry screen for the NE K-1. To enter and adjustments reported on your NE K-1, please follow these steps:

Make sure you have already entered the federal K-1 in your return.
Compare the figures on the federal K-1 to the Nebraska K-1.
Any differences will be entered in your Nebraska return.
When you go back into your NE return, you will see the screen, You've Finished Your Nebraska Return.
Click Update next to Adjustments.
On the next two screens TurboTax will list any adjustments that will increase or decrease federal income. Enter any amounts that apply.
If none of the adjustments on the screen apply to your NE K-1, just click Continue and TurboTax will use the federal amounts.
