I keep trying to e-file by fixing a mistake but no matter how I change the problem, it won't let me e-file.

Try this to get out of the "loop":

Log out of Turbo Tax and close out of your browser. Then, clear your cache and delete your cookies. Open up your browser window and go back into Turbo Tax. This should have fixed your issue. Please see below on how to clear your cache and delete cookies:
