I used to drive for uber as part of fleet, so i only can get my payment and tax forms through it, which refused to give me 1099-misc or money, how can i complain?

I used to work as an uber driver by car that belong to that fleet. Then i changed to other car that doesn't belong to the fleet while uber gave my money and my to my ex-boss, i can`t get my money either my 1099-msc coz he refused to.

How can i complain to get my money and 1099?

And how can i file my taxes?

Hi mohamedmahdy,

Please log into your Uber driver dashboard. Tax related forms are located in Tax Information and you should find either your 1099's or Tax Summary indicating your earnings.
