"activation not working" is a broad statement ... can you be more specific ? Did you buy it from Amazon? Do you get a blank screen ?

Hi, here is more info.

1. New DELL Vostro

2. Windows 11

3. Signed in with my User/Pwd to download my product(s)

4. Found 2021-20-2019, etc. PLUS the activate codes visible

5. Copied the codes to Notepad to have handy

6. Downloaded 2021 (then tried 2020 then 2019, ad nauseum)

8. Installed each of the above to see if at least one would activate. But got the same failure to activate on all of them: First, blank screen then, after doing DNS flush got text on the activation screen, but the area to enter the key does not work - that is, cannot insert - seems to be just an image that doesn't "link" to anything.

9. Tried the dumb down to Vista 8, to Win 7 and even to Win XP - 3 but nothing works.

10. I uninstalled the horrendous McAfee first thing when I started to load Win 10 followed by Win 11, so only the MS Defender is "protecting me" - I deactivated it.

11. Nothing. Still a blank screen staring me in the face right now, unless I flushDNS again, I guess but then I will undoubtedly get the image that does not allow entering of the key. No insertion point in the area for typing the key.

Oh, I have bought directly from and downloaded directly from Intuit - Turbotax since they allowed, and before had bought the CD - last 20 years.

Please try changing your screen resolution in order to correct the issue.
