Activation Code

After installing turbo tax on ONE computer, each time I opened it, I was required to enter the activation code each time. Now I received a message that I am all out of activations. I have only installed the program on a single computer. I need my code reactivated. What do I do?

I purchased a turbotax standard online edition for 2019 from a store and I need to install the activation code on my windows 10 computer. How can I do this? Please help me.

Did you buy your TurboTax from an authorized reseller?

I was never provided with an authorization code when I bought it on-line. They said I was. My bank will commence fraud investigation.

I bought Turbo Tax yesterday and so far the payment was not completed by Mastercard.

I also did not receive the activation code.

How can it be expedited?

The Code is listed on your download page and is in the Order Confirmation email. I made a screen shot.

After you download the installation file and then install it - you click on Launch Now and the first thing that pops up is an Activation box to enter the Code. If you copied the Code from your Download page or email, you can paste it into the box. If you are on Windows and it doesn't paste using the mouse you can try hitting Ctrl+V to paste it.

When I downloaded the program on my Windows…..
I first clicked on Copy Code then on the download.
Then clicked on the exe file.
Got a little worried when it didn't ask to Activate when installing. But when it was done I clicked on Launch Now and the first thing the Activate box popped up and I did my Ctrl+V to paste the code and it worked!
