Refund transfer is closed for 2020 taxes. You will need to pay with a credit card. If you still cannot e-file after paying for your TurboTax, you will need to print and mail your return.

e-filing is closed for 2020. you can not use your refund to pay Turbotax fees - only allowed an e-filed return. so you'll have to pay by other means and paper file your return.
