If my income is higher and I remove 2 children which I use 3 will I have to owe the IRS?

You are not providing enough information for anyone to answer your question. Please try again----without any personal information, give us an idea of how much your income will be and what your filing status will be. Are you asking about claiming the children on your tax return or are you asking about how much tax to have your employer withhold between now and the end of 2021?
