I need to finish and file my 2020 and e-File my taxes. ( And my 2019 taxes needs to be finished and file as well as finish my amended2019) tax returns..

No one can call you from this forum or from TurboTax. This is Not TurboTax support so your phone number was removed for your protection by the forum filters.

If your 2020 tax returns have been rejected by the IRS for an incorrect AGI and you never filed the 2019 tax return, then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI. Or in the File section of the online program select the option indicating that you did Not file a 2019 tax return.

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

You cannot amend the 2019 tax return if it was never filed. File the original 2019 tax return only.
