    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I'm a TurboTax Live CPA. As with many things in tax, the answer is&amp;nbsp;"it depends." Did you have any non-refundable credits like the dependent care credit? If you did it would have a potentially offsetting effect to the unemployment exemption you would otherwise receive. If you did not you will get a refund of the tax on your original return attributable to unemployment&amp;nbsp;(up to 10,200) which could potentially result in a refund of up to 1,020 in your case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I filed HOH with 2 dependents. Before the unemployment break my AIG was $23000 after it was $13000. I still haven't received anything. Will I be getting a refund? For at least the $1500 I paid on unemployment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
