When you get to the Your product is installed, now let's activate it screen, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation. @SykesC123 When you get to the Your product is installed, now let's activate it screen, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation. If you're having issues getting to that step refer to the Help Article for the operating system you're using: How do I install the TurboTax software for Windows? or How do I install the TurboTax software for Mac?

This does NOT work. The problem is that the Activation window comes up (eventually), but does not allow us to enter the license code.

By the way, your support is very frustrating! I have been trying for 2 days to get Turbo Tax to work.
