You can amend your prior year returns to report your 1098-T forms.

The TurboTax FAQ "How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed" below gives details on how you can file amended returns for prior years. Please note the "Keep in mind" paragraph in the FAQ.

You can... but, since you didn't use TurboTax to create the original returns, it'd be a process. You'd need to buy the prior year TurboTax Desktop programs, then recreate your original returns exactly as you filed them, and then, you'd need to tell TT that you want to print and mail each return, and then print them out so that TT "thinks" you filed them. And then you can create amended returns.
