Hello,

I was non resident alien from 2015 to 2019 and filled 1040NR for 2015 to 2019 tax years. From year 2020 , I became resident alien. I filed 1040 for year 2020. I will be resident alien for future tax purpose also. My bank is asking me to fill W8 BEN form . Am I supposed to fill W8 BEN or W9.

You would give them a W-9. One of the statements that you are certifying when you sign the W-9 is that you are a US person for tax purposes (includes resident alien, see the instructions on page 4 as well as page 1).
