You are posting from the Online program so why do you want to use the downloaded version ?

Did you buy the download yet ? Did you pay for the online version yet ?

I was given an answer, but I could not follow through with the info given. For example, I should have been able to do all suggested on the computer. The computer would not allow me to follow through with the steps mentioned; no such luck. Thanks for asking, perhaps the info for helpful to others.

This is the only question you have posted. What steps did you try? Where are you getting stuck?

Did you buy the CD or Download? From where? What kind of computer do you have?
