    <description>Since the program is an interview tree you must enter the spouse info in the beginning but it will not be used if you qualify for HOH later.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;May I suggest you indicate you are Single in the beginning then you will not have to deal with these issues later.</description>

      <description>It doesn't pop up as an option; it just says they qualify as a dependent for certain tax breaks. And I realized they did the same last year. I shouldn't have to provide my spouse's info at all, but there is no option to not include it.</description>

      <description>OK ... the marital status screen&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;is not sent to the IRS ... this is just part of the interview to get you to the correct screens which you seem to be having trouble doing ... so use the work around.</description>
