Do you mean you chose to have your refund put on a prepaid Visa when you filed your tax return? If you already e-filed it is too late to change how you want to receive your refund.

If you e-filed and asked to have your refund put on a card, and your e-file is accepted, you cannot change it---even if you just e-filed minutes ago. Once you e-file it is like putting an envelope in a mailbox. You cannot change anything on it.

@xmasbaby0 so once i receive this debit card, i cannot use it towards anything when it comes to transferring money to a savings or paying off a credit card? that’s very unfortunate
