This is a public Internet forum. You should not post any personal info here in the community forum. It looks the forum privacy filter redacted part of your info (at least what is displayed to me), which is good. Otherwise, no telling who might try to contact you to try to spam/scam you. TurboTax Support will not phone users through a forum post in the user community.

If you try to get phone support with Free Edition, they'll ask you to upgrade to PLUS for 29.99. As an alternative you can contact a TurboTax Support agent directly for free by using messaging at Twitter or Facebook.
