I am required to file Form 926 with my tax return. Since TurboTax does not include Form 926, is it possible to e-file my tax return without Form 926 and then mail in Form 926 separately? Will this be acceptable to the IRS?

No, according to the IRS instructions for the form 926 found here, the form must be filed with the tax return.

As you mention, the form is not supported in TurboTax and cannot be attached for e-filing. You will need to print and mail the return with the form 926.
