Cannot download state product (installed on mac)

I have a turbotax downloaded app (premier, for Macbook) but can't download state product. After I click "download state", it pops up with an empty window, and then the whole turbotax app gets frozen.

I am having same issue and this is not helping at all.....what do i need to do to be able to download the state product >>????

I'm having this same issue, but this help article did not solve it. That article describes how to download the state on a mac, but does not help resolve the issue if it doesn't work. When I attempt to download the following error message:

My internet otherwise is working fine and I have admin rights on my Mac and have given the software full privileges. Can you help further?
