AGI or Pin Number

My return was rejected because of the AGI or the Pin Number (IND-031-04). I have my filing from last year with the AGI so I really feel that is correct. And from what I can read I just enter the Pin ID number that I want. The Pin and AGI auto-populated. The auto-populated AGI is what I filed on my 2019 return and what I think the Pin Number was last year. I tried getting my AGI through the IRS this morning but of course that did not work. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Please help. Thank you.

I had the same thing happen. Go to irs.gov and search for "ip pin tool". You can retrieve it or it will create a new one. Just follow the instructions. This pin is different from you signing pin.
