Rejected E-File notices

I received a rejection for Federal and State taxes. The error stated adjusted gross income for 2019. It is correct from 2019. I then tried to refile and received the same message. How do I fix this error so that I can e-file?

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.

If the correct 2019 AGI and the 0 for the 2019 AGI are being rejected by the IRS then your only other option is to print and mail your 2020 tax return.
