Back on March 1 the early prices expired and went to full price. You can pay early to lock in the lower price.

There are no e-file fees when using the TurboTax online editions, federal or state. The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing your tax returns.

The TurboTax online editions prices are discounted for early filers before March 1. After the end of February the prices of the online editions increase to the standard prices - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
