Hello,

I'm using a CD version of Turbo Tax Home and Business 2020. I can't get it to update so I can work on depreciation for my rental properties. Also it is still showing 1099-Misc instead of 1099-NEC. Any ideas?

First, save your tax file. Then, try deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and rebooting. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser. See the following:

If that doesn't work, uninstall your current version of TurboTax and re-install it.

I have the CD version of TurboTAx Business 2020, so I'm not working in a browser. Deleting the cookies or caches are not going to do anything for me.
