I asked for the 19.99 Turbo Plus Option in addition to the free edition.

I understand the 44.99 to file state. But that gives me a total of 63.99 but minus the 19.99 because I already had already paid that with my Credit Card Confirmation #TTWC 99192307. Leaving me the balance of 44.99.

Turbo Tax decided to charge me 44.99 Premium Services or Turbo Tax Max - Did Not Order

Turbo Tax Fees on 84.99 - I Have No Ideal (seems like the charged me 44.99 twice)

Leaving with 32.02 refund Yikes!! Help me please; see attached. Thank you.

If you see two identical charges (down to the penny) in your online statement, one of them is probably a temporary authorization as opposed to an actual charge or debit.

Although authorizations are not charges or debits, they can reduce the available balance in your account for 24-72 hours (exact timeframe depends on the individual bank or credit card issuer).

Contact your bank or credit card company to dispute a duplicate authorization if you wish to remove it before the 24-72 hour drop-off period.

On the other hand, if you see multiple charges your paper statement, or you're not sure what they're for, please contact us for assistance. If possible, have your order or confirmation number handy.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:
