They don't send it to you. You have to download prior year programs.

I got a download but did not realize I need a laptop with Windows. All I have is an iPad. I actually need to get a refund and go to a tax professional. Thanks for asking

Contact Customer Service use the words BILLING ISSUE and not refund.
