    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot access my downloads.&amp;nbsp; The download link (Turbotax Advantage-&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/advantage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/advantage/&lt;/A&gt;) keeps redirecting me to the front page (sign up or sign in) on three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge).&amp;nbsp; I can sign into my Intuit account (&lt;A href="https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;accounts-tax.intuit.com/&lt;/A&gt;), but under products and billing, it lists all my products through the years, but when I click on the arrow, I get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Something's not quite right&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="StyledPageMessage__Message-sc-1mqbx4v-1 qIIrI"&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Something's not working. Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It's been more than a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; What's happening?&amp;nbsp; Is the website down?&amp;nbsp; I'm on Mac OS&amp;nbsp;11.2.3&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through ridiculous hoops to find a way to call (which turned out to be googling the number – the Intuit site is just all dead ends).&amp;nbsp; TurboTax account/Intuit account garbage just takes you through the same stupid "troubleshooting steps" which never helped me (like sending me here).&amp;nbsp; It required being sent a new download link.&amp;nbsp; It's a stupid solution, but it worked.&amp;nbsp; I say it's stupid, because my intuit account "my products" link still appears to be broken.&amp;nbsp; At least I was finally able to download the product.&amp;nbsp; It sucks that I didn't figure out where to call several days ago.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
