I inadvertently started two 2020 returns and transferred the data from my 2019 return. I want to eliminate the extra return & make sure the imported data on the return I plan to complete & file is correct. I’m a long time customer who is not tech savvy & is over 80 years old. I would like to speak to someone at Turbo Tax, not Ask Me - can you help me?

Yes, you can click here to Contact Us and speak to a live representative; however, please expect high call volume due to the filing deadline.

Also, you can try to remove the additional tax return yourself by locating the duplicate .tax file on your computer and deleting it, This will work if you are using TurboTax Desktop/Download.

If you are using TurboTax Online, then you cannot delete the duplicate tax return, but you may be able to clear out all the information. Please see, How do I clear and start over in TurboTax Online? for instructions.
