FIDELITY won't import

Trying to find answers in this community is difficult at best. I don't need to read about the same problem that I'm having in 2020 that was posted about in 2019. I can't even find my original post about this that I made less than an hour ago. WHY CAN"T I LOG INTO MY FIDELITY ACCOUNT FROM INSIDE TT to import the freaking information? TDA and Etrade don't have this problem. I'm on my laptop using a version o TT that I have downloaded. Im not using a browser, not using online version. This is ridiculous. Trying to find my way around this community isn't very appealing either. Ive used TT for a decade. I'll leave over this if I have to type it in myself.

Have you contacted Fidelity? It is possible that they have taken down the data available for import by now. If they have then you need to enter your data manually.
