Tax Forms not Available

I have repeatedly tried to e-file but get several 'forms not available' messages. I signed up for email notification when the forms are available. I got an email that the forms are available. I still can't e-file or print my return because forms are not available. What to do?

Sounds like your software in not up to date.

Do a manual update.

This helped. No longer getting the 'ready soon' message. Now my problem is, won't transmit return until updating again, can't update unless I restart, which can't be done in the middle of the return process.
