If you only have $535 of lottery winnings as taxable income, you are not required to file a tax return.

You do not add your child's income to your tax return. If your child's income is $155, he is not required to file a tax return. However, if this income is wages and he has tax withheld on his W-2, he can file a tax return to claim a refund of tax withheld.
