Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

Good morning, Purchased Turbo tax yesterday from staples and installed in on my computer but the activation code does not work. Error code 606 came up. I searched the error code and it showed that possibly the code has been used. Please advise on what to do.

Please clarify your question.

Are you in TurboTax Online, or are you using the Desktop version.
Did you receive a 1095-A?
A 1095-A can't be uploaded into TurboTax. Did you mean you printed it out?
Did you enter the 1095-A into TurboTax?
What is the error message that you are getting when you're trying to file.?
