    <description>&lt;P&gt;That is frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was unable to load the product from CD and had to go online to set up Intuit account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you set up an Intuit account to enter the code? Maybe log out and log back into the intuit account and then you should see your product license under the products and billing section, and ability to download it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Download code from CD purchase not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe in store (CD version) which comes with download code and the ability to load on up to 5 computers. However, when I tried to use the download code to install on my computer without a CD drive I get an error message saying that it's associated with another account. After numerous attempts, I spoke with a representative on the phone for over 40 minutes who was not helpful. I'm getting more frustrated with this product and their customer support over the last few years. I really appreciate any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply Mary. Yes, unfortunately I've logged in and out a number of times, trying the code each time with no success. I offered to give the code to the representative I spoke with and they weren't able to help. Asked to speak with their supervisor and wasn't put through... It seems like there should be a pretty simple solution for someone on their end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
