topic 1099-R (Untitled) in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

1099-R (Untitled)

I have five valid 1099-R entries, but the program also seems to have an extra one called 1099-R (Untitled). I loaded the Turbotax software from a disc; I'm not working online. I don't have a menu on the left side. How do I delete this extra 1099-R form as it is blocking my ability to file?

Switch to the forms mode,select the 1099-R in the forms list and delete it.

The Forms view only lists the five valid 1099-Rs, the one that's referred to as 1099-R (Untitled )"is not listed.

Then what do you see that 1099-R?

During the final check, the program finds 9 errors, all related to this 1099-R (Untitled) form. It wants me to fill in missing information like name, address, etc.

Then it should be in the forms list in the forms mode. Look at each for missing payer information. Also look at the 1099-R entries screen.

Your print screen had a convenient Form 1099-R (Untitled) entry; I don't have that.....but I tried a third time to submit my taxes and it appears to have worked (third times a charm!). Thanks for trying to help.
