    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased Turbotax software from Costco. E-filed a return for my grandparents but it was rejected. I fixed the error, but it was rejected again. I then ONLY switched the name of the taxpayer and spouse and now it is saying I can't e-file because I have hit the maximum 5 filings. I also paid the $25 state filing fee without filing any return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is TT saying I can no longer e-file when the only information changed was the names and related SSN? Can I refile the return online or through another desktop software purchase?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
